Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Our packages are delivered using USPS services.
Shipping costs are on us when you place an order totaling over $99, within the United States! Orders $99 and under will have a flat rate shipping cost for all U.S. regions. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number. Please be sure you enter your correct contact information at checkout - especially when using PayPal or Auto-Fill options. *Shipping times can vary based on delivery location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you need to return or exchange your item, we're here to help!
We accept returns and exchanges on orders within 15 days of delivery.
Returns can only be made on items ordered through thirdcoastlove.com. We cannot accept returns on items purchased at any other location. Thank you for understanding.
Returned Items :
- Must be in New/Unused condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- When mailing back your item for return/exchange, please include the name on the order, the order number, and any reason for the return on a note included with the item. Once we've received your return in unused condition, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment - or send you the requested replacement.
If your order is wrong or the product on arrival was defective, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item you received.
If you'd like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item to us. Your original order must be within 15 days, and the item you exchange should be unused. Please include your order number and a description of the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, we will exchange it and ship it to the address on the original order.

If your tracking information has been marked as delivered, but you have yet to receive the shipment, please contact the shipping provider with your issued tracking number. They will have the most accurate information on the location of your package.

LOST PACKAGES
This happens to us occasionally, so we understand how frustrating it can be. We wish we could do more than apologize, but unfortunately, once you've been sent a shipping confirmation, your package is out of our hands, and we leave it up to the postal service to do their part. Your shipping confirmation email should include a tracking number to let you know when your package will arrive. If you are still waiting to receive your package, please double-check that all of your shipping information looks correct, then contact your postal service to see if there's been a mistake. Sometimes, the mail service can label a package as delivered before it has shown up. Your postal provider will know more about the status of your package than we will.
All packages are shipped using USPS delivery services. If you do not have a safe place to deliver them, consider shipping items to a friend!
Sometimes, mail bounces back. If a package is returned, we'll email you. Check the email connected to your order to see if we've sent you a note!
For purchases using PayPal at checkout - Make sure your PayPal login doesn't automatically populate your shipping information. This may delay your package or direct it to an old address. It is not always possible to catch this on our end before a package goes in the mail - so please be careful! We are not responsible for deliveries headed to the wrong address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address and have a safe place to receive your items. If you have concerns about a missing package, don't hesitate to get in touch with your postal service by providing them with your tracking information.
