We make every effort to process your hat shipment promptly. Most hats are shipped within 5 business days though some may take longer. The shipping time depends on whether the hat you selected requires heat pressing. We appreciate your patience as we operate with a small team. If it has been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order please reach out via email.

We do not make one-off customs or small-batch orders of custom designs. Designing each one takes a lot of time and effort, and is not cost or time efficient for our small team. I appreciate your understanding. Suppose you are interested in creating a custom design patch hat for your company, brand, significant event, etc. In that case, our minimum order is 200 qty, and we have a selection process for deciding which projects we take on.
